On 18th September 2024, Form 4 students, along with their facilitators, embarked on a spiritual journey to Sri Ramakrishna Math in Mylapore, a serene spiritual hub in the heart of Chennai. The students explored the ancient shrine, over 125 years old, and immersed themselves in peaceful meditation, receiving blessings from Mother Sharada.
During the visit, the students also explored the Math’s bookstore, which offered a rich collection of books on Swami Vivekananda and Sri Ramakrishna, further deepening their understanding of spiritual teachings.
In front of the statue of Sri Ramakrishna, the students sang Bhajans, filling the space with a divine ambiance. The day concluded with inspiring messages from the Swamijis, who spoke about the purpose of life and how following the principles of great leaders like Netaji and Mahatma Gandhi can lead to prosperity and success.
This meaningful visit provided our students with life-changing lessons, inspiring them to lead a life of values, purpose, and positive impact.
