The Pupil successfully hosted Blueprint to Resilient Careers, an enriching career guidance programme designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
The event featured an inspiring panel discussion with distinguished industry leaders, including Mr. Karthik J, CEO, Gallabox; Mr. Tamilselvan M, Founder, Future Captains; Ms. Nithya Sriram, Founder, Disha Consulting; Mr. M. V. Subramanian, Partner, July Ventures; and Ms. Sadhika Viswanathan, Product Manager, Footprint Holidays, who represented the voice of Gen Z. The panel was moderated by Ms.Aarthi Viswanathan, Director-Networking, Mancomp Overseas Education.
They shared valuable insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and building resilient careers.
The programme also included a session on Profile Building by Mr. Snehadeep Kayet, Lead (Outreach), Masters’ Union. Ms. Hargun Luthra, Senior Advisor for the University of Tokyo and the Study in Japan Project, introduced students to higher education opportunities in Japan. The interactive session oriented students on the lifestyle, culture, university admission process and career opportunities in Japan.
The event empowered students with practical guidance, global perspectives, and the confidence to make informed academic and career choices while preparing them to become future-ready leaders.
