On 27th July 2026, Our Form 8 students participated in an enriching Mental Well-Being Workshop conducted by Mind & Matter, in association with C3 – The Nexus Club, as part of the Mental Health Awareness Campaign 2026.
Through engaging, activity-based sessions, students explored essential WHO core life skills, including self-awareness, empathy, decision-making, problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, effective communication, and coping with emotions and stress. The workshop provided a safe, non-judgmental space for students to build emotional resilience, strengthen interpersonal skills, and develop practical strategies for overall well-being.
Together, we continue to empower our learners with the life skills needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
