On August 28, 2023, Form 3 students embarked on a field trip to the Anatomy Department of Saveetha Dental College. The purpose of the field trip was to enhance our students understanding of the various organs of the human body. This experience provided them with a practical dimension to complement their theoretical knowledge.We were privileged to have guest lecturers, Dr. Sangeetha, Dr. Lavanya, and Dr. Yuvraj, who delivered a comprehensive lecture on body systems and the critical role of lifestyle choices in maintaining optimal health. Their expert insights emphasized the importance of informed decisions regarding diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle habits.The combined impact of the field trip and the enlightening guest lecture significantly enriched our students’ comprehension of human anatomy and physiology. It has empowered them with invaluable knowledge to make informed choices for a healthier lifestyle.
