A dynamic and engaging Teachers’ Workshop on Leadership Skills was conducted from 27th April to 29th April, facilitated by the dedicated team from Saveetha Engineering College, as a part of our extended institutional family.
The workshop focused on strengthening collaboration, enhancing communication, and developing leadership skills, while fostering a positive work culture among educators.
Through interactive sessions, group activities, and experiential learning, teachers explored the importance of trust, leadership, and collective problem-solving.
This enriching experience not only enhanced teamwork among staff but also reinforced the spirit of unity and shared vision within our school community.
